Security Alarm Technicians and Tech Assistants

SCHEDULER
Responsible for scheduling service calls, new installs. Resolving customer issues, dispatching and working with technicians to complete jobs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Schedule appointments for service calls and new installs. Follow up with technicians and customers to make sure work is complete.
-Schedule and dispatch technicians accordingly.
-Maintain appointment schedules, provide status to customers.
-Work with Security Consultants on scheduling and ordering parts for new jobs.
-Order material and equipment, organize per job as needed.
– Maintain inventory for stock.

 

TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Installing and servicing residential and commercial burglar and fire alarms, camera and home theatre systems
Provide excellent service to our clients and give them thorough education on how the products work.
Ensure all documentation is completed and submitted

TECH ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist tech with installations- from pulling wire to picking up parts.
Take direct orders from techs

ALL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have clean background and driving record
Excellent communication skills
reliable
quick learner
Must be able to lift 50lbs
ACE license a plus
Networking and or Electrical wiring knowledge a plus
